What are Clear Aligners?
Clear aligners are custom-made, transparent trays that gently shift your teeth into place
without the use of metal brackets or wires. They're virtually invisible and designed to be
worn comfortably throughout the day.
How long does the treatment take?
Treatment time varies based on your specific case, but most patients complete their aligner
journey in 6 to 12 months. During your consultation, we'll give you a personalized timeline
based on your smile goals.
Are aligners painful?
Not at all. While you may feel mild pressure during the first few days of wearing a new set of
aligners (a sign they’re working!), the treatment is generally comfortable and far less
painful than traditional braces.
Can I eat while wearing them?
No. You should always remove your aligners before eating or drinking anything other than
water. This helps prevent damage or staining and keeps your aligners clean and effective.
How often should I wear them?
Aligners should be worn 20 to 22 hours per day for best results. Only remove them when
eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth. Consistency is key for an effective and fast
transformation.
